Hi, this is Kasin. I am a visual studies year 3 student. About technology, i am a super idiot. But i know a bit about software, photoshop, premier, flash. Why do i say i am a super idiot of technology? I dont know how to create a group or event on facebook. My laptop did not have antivirus installed until it got infected from the virus. I dont play video game because i have no idea on how to operate the joystick. New media is a huge market and is so big that we cannot get rid of them. However, i insist not being too familiar to these new media to maintain my down-to-earth life and slow pace. Just one question i always want to ask, why do we need to be so fast? What will you do the the saved time? But i need to admit that New Media links me with the world which is freaking important to me.

It is no doubt that digital technology helps improve our life and make it more convenient. The huge technology nowadays is products by Apple. Many Apps are therefore created to accomodate our daily need. Apple brings a huge revolution in technology that it fills up each second in our life. The Apps include games, information of transportation, stock market, place for food, tools etc. We can access on internet to figure out what we want. It also links up people from different part of the world by the traditional dialing function and also Skype or Line. Therefore, technology brings so much very convenience to our life.

However, on the other hand, it also brings a lot of unneccessary convenience. When we are fulfilled too easily, it cannot nurture our spiritual life.
